Binance Earn is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to support our Staking as a Service Business.
You will proactively seek out and attract new clients such as institutions, funds, family offices, DEX/CEX, Custodies, Wallets etc for the service.
You should be capable in both outreach and management of existing relationships.
Requirements:2+ years of experience in the blockchain industry
3+ years of BD/sales-related experience
Have strong ownership and a collaborative mindset
Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to customize programs according to customer needs
Bachelor's degree or above from TOP schools, or working in a well-known investment/consulting company as a core market/business position
Willing to travel and relocate globally
Able to maintain a positive relationship with partners and a professional personal image in line with Binance’s core values.
Able to bring a rich crypto industry network is a strong plus
Achieve or outperform staking as a service targets through growing international clients such as institutions, funds, family offices, DEX/CEX, Custodies, Wallets etc
Key account management: maintain existing customer relationships and resources
Be able to coordinate internal resources, initiate new business proposals and implement them
Business travel (globally) for smooth cooperation when necessary
