Person Specification

• Previous technology consulting experience from either a Top Tier Consulting firm, Large Technology Companies, Telco or Corporate.
  
• At least 4+ years of solid Implementation functional experience in SAP ERP (ECC or S/4HANA) preferably with large scale SAP ERP implementations.
  
• Strong technical skills and 4+ years experience in the following areas:
  • Business Analysis
    
  • Enterprise Architecture
    
• Ability to multitask effectively and balance time between project delivery and business development support effectively
  
• Good client management skills, including an understanding of how to communicate with clients of different backgrounds and opinions
  
• Evidence of contributing to the wider team and leading on business development opportunities
  
• Leadership skills, Presentation skills, Communication and Interpersonal skills, Negotiation skills, Financial literacy, Analytical and strategic skills
  
• Good team player, Highly motivated, Ability to lead others, Attentive to detail, Positive attitude, Ability to mentor others, Confident, Proactive
  
• Proven experience of coaching junior team members
  

Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems (or related technical areas) 
  
• Certification in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA
  
• Business Analysis qualification such as CBAP, would be an advantage
  
• Project Management certification such as PMP/ Prince 2/ Prince2 Agile
  
• Other Professional Certifications: ISTQB, ITIL, CGEIT,TOGAF etc.
