  • HND, B.sc in accounting with professional qualification with ICAN, ACCA.
  • Above 5 Years of experience in taxation and financial management
  • A blend of core technical knowledge of tax law and accounting principles

  • Proficient in using tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

Tax Return Preparation and Filing:

  • Accurately prepare and file corporate, personal, and other types of tax returns by set deadlines.

Tax Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth research on tax laws, regulations, and policies to ensure compliance and identify potential liabilities.

Tax Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize the company’s tax liabilities and provide advice on tax planning and strategy.

Financial Record Management:

  • Analyze financial records, such as income statements and expenditure documentation, to determine tax liability and maintain accurate records of tax payments and returns.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure the company remains compliant.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and external agencies regarding tax-related matters.

Audit Support:

  • Assist with internal and external audits and help resolve any tax-related issues or disputes that arise.

Liaising with Tax Authorities:

  • Act as a liaison with taxation offices or other regulatory bodies when necessary.

  • A 10% decrease in total waste generation in the year 2026
  • Reduce the company’s Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate (LTIFR) by 20% by the end of the next fiscal year
