  • Minimum of First Degree in Engineering, Management, or any Business-related discipline
  • Professional membership of a relevant body e.g., Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE II
  • Minimum of 15 years relevant experience in Production Engineering, Subsurface disciplines, EPC, or allied industry with at least 10 years in a management level role
  • Broad experience in operations leadership in an IOC with reputable record for delivering strong personnel and process safety performance; operations, maintenance & facility integrity management; production operation optimization, reliability etc.
  • Adequate interaction/interphase with subsurface team, ability to provide technical assurance, support and expertise to the Asset acquisition team.
  • Facilitation of Joint-Venture partners interactions including managing cash calls, early alignment on the annual budget, monthly actual spend performance, and skillfully negotiating areas of potential disputes and divergent positions.

  • To provide innovative leadership in assets management and maintenance in accordance with the organizational strategy, by ensuring effective and efficient service and product delivery.
  • Execute long-term asset plan based on asset life cycle strategy and ensure profitability of asset throughout its life cycle
  • Conduct recurring Asset Management activities to maximize value of operated/non operated assets.
  • Recommend economic exploration and development prospects to Management.
  • Contribute to operator’s planning regarding all drilling and production activities as well as secondary interventions.
