Requirements

OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in any field.
1–3 years field marketing or sales experience (activation or community mobilization is an advantage).
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet field targets.
Willingness to travel frequently and interact with diverse demographic groups.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and support paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, affiliate networks).
Develop and optimize online referrals, influencer campaigns, and KOL partnerships.
Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, targeting, and messaging to improve funnel performance.
Analyze user journeys and optimize conversion across download → registration → KYC → first transaction.
Create and support digital creatives and ad copies across multiple channels (SMS, push notifications, in-app messages).
Work with product teams to implement in-app growth loops (quests, challenges, referral boosts).
Monitor analytics dashboards and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Lead and support online communities and teen-friendly content initiatives across social platforms.
