  • Currently serving in Kaduna State with >8 months yet to complete NYSC.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Previous internship or work experience in a similar role is a plus.

Duties

  • Assist with general office administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
  • Provide support in scheduling appointments, and meetings, and maintaining calendars for team members.
  • Assist in asset management, managing office supply inventory, and placing orders when necessary.
  • Aid in the setup and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot basic IT issues and escalate complex problems to the IT team as needed.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications.
  • Provide technical support to employees, including resolving user inquiries and problems.
  • Assist in the documentation of IT processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects as assigned.
