  • Provide support to sales account manager and respond to customer and prospect queries.
  • Have fluent experience to guide customer requirements, and design the most proper solution to meet customer needs.
  • Have deep understanding for Government and/or FSI industries, applications and the trends of customer requirement.
  • Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies,take charge of the customer relationship with technical customers.
  • Take the responsibility of maintaining good customer relationship with technical customers, such as SA director, O&M director, IT system chief architect, etc.
  • Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience, and get the PO in time.
  • Collaborate with technical support engineers to ensure the success of fulfillment and daily technical support service, and strengthen the confidence of deploying Huawei ICT hardware & software for their applications from customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products, features and solutions from HQ & global Server , Storage industry launches and ensure sales team is on board.
  • Suggest sales process improvements In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Familiar with Saudi market in Server, Storage domain and can support to optimize the market strategy and tactic, can support to enhance the ecosystem with partners in Saudi market.
