Purpose of the Job (Brief)
- To improve SLAs with customers by reducing MTTR, ensuring enhanced service delivery.
Expected Key Results (Detailed KPIs)
- Restore service failures within stipulated MTTR
- Implement and integrate new projects
- Provide prompt communication and feedback via OTRS Application
- Identify, plan, and execute preventive maintenance on the network
- Support sales department in preparing bid documents and technical documentation for presentations
- Ensure timely completion of assigned projects with adherence to implementation plans
- Manage pre-installation procedures, installation, integration, and maintenance of microwave radio links
- Ensure official acceptance of completed jobs by customers, closure of tickets, and proper inventory management
