  • Assist in project planning, preparation, and implementation of solutions to clients.
  • Provide technical support to project team members involved in the development or upgrade of systems.
  • Optimize application availability and maintenance within project timelines; analyse application and system performance and ensures that end-users are provided with necessary support.
  • Identify, track and mitigate project risks and issues, coordinate response escalation, track and analyse incidents
  • Manage project timelines and communicate status to all stakeholders, internal and external.
  • Conduct proof of concepts, trainings and User Acceptance Testing’s (UAT).
  • Deliver training sessions and educate customers on application functionalities, uses cases and workflows.
  • Collaborate with application vendors on optimal service delivery and ensure maintenance of Service Level Agreements between service provider, clients and the Company.
  • Keeps abreast of new technology to ensure system upgrades or new software integration meets functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications.
  • Maps requirements to existing solutions and identifies gaps; provides management with necessary feedback and recommends solutions to address critical gaps.
