Key Competencies

Job Description
- As the Team Lead for Data Centre Operations at ipNX, you will be responsible for efficiently managing data centre layout, environment, and infrastructure.
Your role includes:
- Ensuring 99.5% power and cooling availability across all data centres.
- Negotiating with service providers for cost savings and efficiencies.
- Reviewing and signing off on collocation and facility contracts.
- Organizing monthly governance meetings with service providers.
- Proactively detecting and resolving faults in data centres.
- Planning and executing maintenance of network infrastructure.
- Implementing a Disaster Recovery Plan (DCP) for infrastructure facilities.
- Managing assets faults and timely issue management.
- Providing innovative ideas for service improvements.
