- B.Sc / B.Eng in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Electrical / Electronics Engineering
- CCNA, CCNP (Desired)
- Strong telecommunications, IP design skills, & in-depth knowledge of IP Network.
- Understanding of iTIL v4 service management.
- Excellent business communication skills both verbal and written.
Work Experience:
- 3 – 6 years of hands-on experience in Routing, Switching, and GPON Technology.
- Experience with Wired, Wireless Point-to-Point, and Point-to-Multipoint technologies is desirable.
- Excellent customer interface, analytical, and presentation skills

- To provide innovative solutions for network issues, define and meet customer needs, and stay updated on emerging technologies.
- Supervises first-level active and passive technical support for ipNX infrastructure, ensuring high-quality customer service and support.
Deliverables:
- Manage and coordinate the NOC team to ensure efficient system operation.
- Keep upper management informed about infrastructure status.
- Oversee NOC and FTTx Backend engineers to ensure proper implementation of system requirements.
- Inform Management, partners, and peers about service performance and availability.
- Coordinate NMC operations shift table for efficient staffing.
- Seek and develop tools for automation of system monitoring operations.
- Monitor the entire network, trigger upgrades as required, and escalate issues to the Infrastructure team.
- Supervise Incident Management (First Level Support) and ensure timely resolution of faults.
- Run 247365 network monitoring operation.
- Provide daily updates on open tickets and liaise with Outside Plant Supervisors on link restoration progress.
- Supervise and approve weekly/monthly link availability reports.
- Respond to calls and emails promptly, follow up on open tickets, and provide timely feedback to relevant units.
- Prepare technical reports and develop innovative systems for proactive monitoring and incident reporting.
