QUALITY PLASTICS (U) LTD is hiring a self driven and innovative Store Keeper, who will play a crucial role in receiving, storing, issuing materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages or overages, organizing the layout of storage areas for efficient access, and ensuring timely procurement and delivery of goods.


Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, procurement or any related field

• Minimum of 2 years experience in inventory management, warehouse operations.

• Strong Organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• A Good team player with positive and supportive attitude.

• Ensure all materials are kept in a hygienic environment and that good storage practice are implemented.

• Receive materials with the exception of scrap plastic from suppliers, and supervise the

• offloading to ensure that the systems conform to the requirement of international standards.

• Receive, record and issue work in progress between relevant departments.

• Issue raw material to production as required and on time, in consideration with the system requirement.

• Receive finished goods from production, checking quantity and ensuring that goods are labelled properly for easy traceability and identification before stacking.

• Organize, supervise & loading of delivery vehicles as instructed in the shortest possible time, taking all precautions to ensure goods will not be damaged and contaminated.

• Maintain stock of raw materials and finished goods in a practical and orderly manner and ensure the process delivers its intended output.

• Receive, issue and maintain records of all engineering spares as required.

• Ensure all stock issues are signed for as received, including work in progress.

• Maintain accurate, computer-based records of all stock of raw material, spare parts, finished goods and consumables indicating receipts and issues on a daily Manufacturer of DPC Construction Sheeting’s and Industrial Packaging.

• Carry out stock taking of all items on a monthly basis, generate reports and send them to accounts.

• Monitor raw material/spares stock and advise/inform procurement and production on a daily basis any stocks that fall below agreed minimum stock level.

• Assist in training of staff and ensure promotion of customer focus throughout the organization.

• Maintain a record of all deliveries, current stock position of all items and reports on the

• performance/opportunities for improvement in the system.

• Perform any other duties management may consider necessary.
