Description
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily, weekly, and monthly credit portfolio monitoring, including repayment behavior and covenant adherence.
- Identify accounts showing financial stress, escalate high-risk exposures, and support remedial actions.
- Support reduction of non-performing loans, track delinquency, and partner with recovery teams.
- Conduct stress tests, analyze trends, and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies, support audits, and promote risk culture.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related fields; professional certifications like CPA, CFA preferred.
- 4–6 years banking experience in credit risk, portfolio monitoring, or remedial management.
- Experience with core banking systems, portfolio analytics, and working in growth-oriented environments.
Key Competencies
- Strong credit risk analysis, portfolio management, and asset quality skills.
- Knowledge of lending products, IFRS 9, regulatory guidelines, and financial statement analysis.
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Excel, Power BI, SQL, and loan management systems.
