Description
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- 3–5 years relevant experience in capitalization, registry operations, share administration, or corporate records management
- Candidate must be based in Port Harcourt or willing to relocate
- Knowledge of share registration processes and corporate governance practices
- Strong understanding of documentation, reconciliation, and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage sensitive records
Responsibilities
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Capitalization / Register Officer with 3–5 years of relevant experience to manage shareholder registers, capitalization records, and related corporate documentation.
- The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in records management, compliance with regulatory requirements, and efficient handling of capitalization activities.
