- The Administrative Assistant will provide high- level administrative and operational support to the Health Administrator's office in Nairobi.
- This role ensures smooth day-to-day office operations, effective communication, and efficient coordination of administrative, logistical, and documentation processes. The position requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare and academic environment.

Qualifications, Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Communications, or a related field from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in a busy administrative or executive support role
- Experience in customer service, office administration, or executive assistance preferred
- Proven experience preparing executive correspondence, meeting minutes, and official reports
