Qualifications & Skills Required

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or a closely related field.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar agronomy or agricultural supply chain role.
Technical Expertise: Deep, specialized understanding of potato agronomy, post-harvest handling, and the specific raw material requirements for crisps-grade production.
Standards & Compliance: Strong working knowledge of crop quality standards, Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), and modern traceability systems.
Mobility: A high willingness to travel frequently to various farming areas and directly manage field-based operations.
