Qualifications

University Degree
Certification(s) in Automation Tools and Technologies in RPA/BPA space.
Certification(s) in either Business Analysis or Project Management (Anyone of PMP, Agile Project Management, PRINCE 2 Agile, CBAP etc.) is a plus.
Proficiency in UiPath for automation and workflow development.

Responsibilities

Drive the development and implementation of automation strategies, standards, processes, best practices and roadmaps.
Lead a team of business analysts, RPA Developers and other support roles who are responsible for building and maintaining Intelligent Automation solutions and platforms.
Lead reviews of business processes, analysing requirements and developing optimization strategies, uncovering opportunities for automations.
Identifies and defines tactical operational performance metrics geared towards meeting business objectives by analysing the existing gaps.
Oversee the end-to-end Intelligent Automation project lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
Write project scopes and functional specifications, estimate project costs, risks and assumptions.
