Qualifications & experience required:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Civil engineering/ construction project management/ Electrical engineering / Mechanical engineering
- Min. 7 years experience in Buildings & Construction industry specifically on - site
- Skills in management of mechanical, electrical, plumbing services in the construction of buildings.
- Must possess sound knowledge of the integration of all the services and proper installations including testing and commissioning to the handover of the project.
- Strong communication and problem solving skills

Responsibilities

The MEP coordinator will work closely with all the services contractors on the construction project.
This will include but not be limited to the electrical, mechanical and plumbing services contractors. The role of the MEP coordinator is to coordinate and ensure the works being carried out by the services contractors is in accordance with the design schedules and specifications, will interface and be the contractors point of contact between the Main contractor and project consultants.
