- Skills: Excellent conflict-resolution skills; ability to remain calm under pressure and de-escalate customer complaints.
- Asset (Preferred): Experience in a call center, front office, hospitality, or client relationship role is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Managing key client accounts and resolving complex inquiries; coordinating directly with operations to ensure service delivery promises are met; collecting feedback to improve internal processes; and turning customer queries into long-term brand loyalty.
