🌟 About the Role
We are looking for a Client Services Associate to support payroll and basic accounting operations while delivering excellent customer service. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role that requires attention to detail, organization, and strong communication skills.
✅ Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Studies or experience in Accounting, Finance, Payroll, or related fields.
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, payroll, or accounting support.
- Strong communication and phone skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
🧾 Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage multiple client payrolls accurately and on time.
- Apply basic payroll taxation and accounting principles.
- Handle statutory deductions (taxes, garnishments, child support).
- Support quarter-end and year-end reporting.
- Prepare ad hoc payroll and financial reports.
- Respond to client inquiries via calls, email, and systems.
- Coordinate payroll activities end-to-end with strong follow-up and accountability.
