Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the area of IT.
- Products & Services Sales. Minimum 2 years of Account Management experience.
Candidate Profile
- Work experience in the area of IT Products & Services Sales.
- Minimum 5+ years of Account Management experience is a must.
- Working experience in working in East Africa will be an advantage.
- A proven track record in sales is a requirement.
- A proven track record is account management is a requirement.
Responsibilities
- Managing Existing Customer Accounts.
- Developing additional business opportunities in the assigned accounts
- Developing new targeted accounts
- Managing the complete sales cycle right from prospecting, relationship management, up to payment collections
- Working on the sales target and reporting on a quarterly basis to attain the sales target
- To manage the relationship between the customer and the company.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Help customers solve difficult business challenges by aligning our value proposition with
their business objectives.
