Description
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Perfect command of French and English, both spoken and written.
- Good and quick understanding of customer needs
- Highly organized, capable of working independently and managing time effectively
- Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Based in Nairobi, Kenya, or a member of the East African Community (EAC)
Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of approximately 1,000 clients (small businesses), finding the right balance between automation and personalized engagement based on individual needs
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new Odoo customers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources
- To be the main point of contact for our clients, providing them with advice and support to improve their experience throughout their projects
- Collaborate with our sales team to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to expand our customer base.
