Join as a Customer Service Advisor, where you will be responsible for handling support tickets through voice, email, and chat in both Spanish and English. Responsibilities

📌 Responsibilities

  • Handle customer tickets professionally via voice, email, and chat

  • Resolve inquiries related to purchases and products

  • Ensure a positive experience in every interaction

  • Escalate cases when necessary, maintaining effective communication via Microsoft Teams

  • Prepare to manage calls in the future

  • Complete and pass a written evaluation

  • Record and properly follow up on each case

  • Collaborate with the team to meet quality and service objectives

Requirements

  • English level B2+ (fluent communication in both languages)

  • Previous experience in customer service BPO

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to adapt to flexible schedules and changing situations

  • Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Teams

  • Proactive attitude and results-oriented mindset

  • Ability to pass a written evaluation
