Description
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 1-3 years' experience in digital content design (FMCG or agency experience preferred).
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media and digital campaign work.
- Proficiency in Al-assisted creative tools for design and content production (e.g., generative image tools, Al-based design assistants, prompt-based creative workflows) to improve speed, quality, and iteration
- Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Basic familiarity with digital analytics platforms is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
- Social & Digital Content Design-Create high-quality digital assets for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other online platforms.
- Campaign & Launch Support -Collaborate with brand and digital teams to translate campaign briefs into compelling visual content.
- Performance & Optimization Mindset-Identify opportunities to enhance engagement through layout, messaging hierarchy, and format optimization.
- Competitor & Trend Awareness-Translate relevant trends into brand-appropriate creative concepts that enhance digital presence.
- Website Visual Management-Design and update website banners, product visuals, and promotional assets.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. Content Planning & Asset Management-Maintain an organized digital asset library and content bank.
