Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience in territory sales management, business development, customer relationship management (CRM), and team supervision.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in sales reporting and market analysis.
- Experience within a trading, FMCG, electrical, or distribution environment will be an added advantage.
