🧭 About the Role
We are looking for a Control Room Operator with experience in private security or surveillance environments to join our team in Kenya. This role is critical in ensuring the safety of client operations through the effective use of security technologies and real-time monitoring systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong situational awareness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to respond quickly and effectively to incidents.
Responsibilities
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Monitor security systems (CCTV, alarms, tracking systems) in a control room environment
- Prepare daily operational and incident reports
- Identify and escalate potential risks to physical security and occupational safety & health
- Respond to incidents by taking appropriate action, including contacting emergency services when necessary
- Maintain accurate logs of events, alerts, and communications
- Support clients by ensuring security protocols are followed and risks are minimized
