For appointment to this grade, an officer must have:-
- A Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy and Technology from a recognized institution.
- Computer applications Certificate.
- Collection, collation and analysis of data and information on renewable energy technologies and resources;
- Assessment and evaluation of on-going and planned renewable energy programmes and project;
- Assisting in the design, development, monitoring and appraisal of projects;
- Participating in feasibility studies, dissemination of information to the public and budgeting for the Department programmes.
- Assist in development of Energy policies and standards
