Lead end‑to‑end planning, design, and execution of industrial and corporate construction projects, including factories, processing plants, warehouses, and administrative buildings.
Develop detailed engineering designs, structural calculations, and construction drawings aligned with international standards and manufacturing requirements.
Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and technical evaluations to support project scoping and investment decisions.
Oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to quality specifications, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, process engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure seamless project delivery.
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, project schedules, and technical documentation.
Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and proactively resolve technical and construction challenge
Support procurement by evaluating materials, equipment, and contractor proposals for technical suitability.
Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, and project updates for senior management and global engineering teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; a Masters degree is an advantage.
COREN registration or eligibility is compulsory.
Minimum of 7 years experience in industrial and corporate construction projects, ideally within manufacturing or FMCG.
Demonstrated track record of leading end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale engineering projects.
Project‑management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are an added advantage.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong technical expertise in structural design, industrial construction, and civil engineering principles.
Proven experience delivering large‑scale industrial projects within manufacturing or FMCG environments.
Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, or similar.
Strong project‑management capability with experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
