  • Participation in an employability program is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law & Regulations
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (HRMS)
  • Organizational and Time Management
  • Ability to design clear and fair company policies
  • Good Sense of Judgment
  • Positive Mindset and friendly disposition
  • BSc (or equivalent) in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a similar field
  • Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM)
  • The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal and prioritization skills.

  • Design and develop customized talent management solutions for the entire employment life-cycle including, but not limited to; performance management, compensation/total rewards planning, strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition/retention, rewards/recognition, and employee relations, organizational development, employee engagement, strategic planning and human capital/talent management technology systems implementation.
  • Create a highly competent and participative work environment through visible leadership, promotion of professional standards, and achievement-orientated teams, ensuring that staff are professionally equipped and understand their contribution to the success of the organization.
  • Monitor, analyze, and review the services in the Employee Life Cycle delivered to ensure continual improvement in line with HR best practices, HR strategy, and broader organizational values and objectives
  • Serve as advisor to client regarding employment practices necessary to ensure compliance in all areas of federal and state employment law.
  • Conduct compensation-benchmarking surveys and prepare recommendations to the executive management team.
  • Oversee all Administrative duties within the work environment and organization.
  • Keep and update the organisation’s employee database or the Human Resource Management Software with relevant information including those on employee welfare and relations.
  • Collaborate to execute and monitor all employee relations, disciplinary, and grievance matters/procedures; Prepare correspondences/responses and participate in all mediation meetings.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure employees comply and adhere to all policies; continuous education and circulation of changes on all company policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to all employment/employee-related enquiries including applications, checks, and confirmation of employment in accordance with established policies.
  • Conduct internal surveys to gather employee feedback and identify areas of improvement to foster employee engagement and retention programs.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Head of the department or Manager.
