The GIZ Country Office is looking to recruit an Intern to support the procurement Unit.
Duty station: Dar es salaam

Responsibilities and Tasks
- Maintain procurement records and ensure proper documentation and filing system (both physical and electronic files).
- Support the harmonization of procurement records between physical and electronic files.
- Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and rules.
- Provide administrative support to the procurement team as required.
Qualifications:
Astudent or graduate of bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply ChainManagement, Business Administration, or related field.
Basicknowledge of procurement procedures, contract terms, and vendor management.
Strongorganizational and documentation skills.
Goodcommunication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiencyin MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
