Description
- Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) or HND in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a fashion production environment, with supervisory or managerial responsibility.
- Strong technical competence in fashion production and garment construction.
Responsibilities
- Track and improve productivity across all fashion production activities.
- Optimize resources to ensure efficient use of materials, time, and manpower.
- Implement and enforce total quality management standards across production.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise production activities to meet operational requirements.
- Supervise tailors and production staff to ensure quality output and timely delivery.
- Ensure discipline and strict adherence to established production processes and standards.
