We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our HR & Culture team and gain practical exposure in a fast-paced work environment
Qualifications
- Recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Basic understanding of HR principles
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of confidentiality and integrity
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Organized, proactive and willing to learn

Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes (shortlisting, interview scheduling, candidate communication)
- Support onboarding and employee documentation
- Maintain and organize employee files (physical and digital)
- Assist with leave tracking and HR data management
- Support payroll preparation documentation
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
