To drive revenue growth within a definedgeographic or industry-based territory by proactively identifying and closingbusiness opportunities for Bakyson’s full suite of ICT and ELV solutions. Therole demands an aggressive sales mindset, solution-selling capability, andstrong client relationship management to meet sales targets and supportbusiness expansion.
Responsibilities
Consistently meet or exceedassigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
Close business opportunities byengaging clients from initial contact through to deal closure.
Track and report on all salesactivities using the approved CRM system (e.g., Zoho/HubSpot).
Identify and pursue new leadsacross hospitality, commercial real estate, corporate, healthcare, andeducational sectors.
Conduct cold calls, sitevisits, networking, and email campaigns to generate qualified leads.
Maintain a healthy pipelinewith opportunities at all sales cycle stages.
Build and manage strongrelationships with key stakeholders including property developers, hoteloperators, contractors, and consultants.
Actively listen to client needsand recommend tailored Bakyson solutions from the company’s portfolio (HSIA,IPTV, CCTV, GRMS, BMS, Access Control, Fire Alarm, etc.).
Provide clients with accuratetechnical and commercial information in collaboration with the presales team.
Work closely with the Presalesand Projects teams to deliver well-crafted technical and commercial proposals.
Ensure client proposals aresubmitted on time, professionally presented, and fully aligned with the RFP/RFIrequirements.
Follow up consistently onsubmitted bids to drive conversion and negotiate terms where required.
Submit detailed weekly reportsoutlining client meetings, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
Maintain accurate andup-to-date records of all client interactions, proposals, and deal progress inCRM.
Prepare sales forecasts andinput into company planning meetings.
Conduct market research withinthe assigned territory to stay updated on industry trends, client developments,and competitor offerings.
Provide feedback to managementon pricing, market positioning, and new solution opportunities.
Monitor and report any majorproject announcements, tenders, or partnership opportunities.
Represent Bakysonprofessionally in industry events, exhibitions, and client functions.
Promote Bakyson’s brand,capabilities, and past project references to gain trust and credibility in theterritory.
Recommend region-specificmarketing and awareness strategies that can improve lead flow and visibility.
Weekly activity and opportunitypipeline reports
Monthly and quarterly revenueachievement reports
Signed proposals, contracts,and LPOs
Documented meeting notes, CRMupdates, and client feedback
Closed deals and successfulhandover to implementation teams
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma inSales, Marketing, Business Administration, ICT, or related field
At least 3 years of B2Bsolution sales experience preferably in ICT/ELV/technical services
Proven ability to meet salestargets and handle a complete sales cycle
Valid driver’s license andwillingness to travel within the territory
Strong consultative selling andnegotiation skills
Excellent written and verbalcommunication
Strong business acumen andresults orientation
Ability to build relationshipsand influence at all levels
Self-driven, organized, andgoal-oriented
Ability to work under pressureand manage multiple priorities
Collaborative team player whoworks well with technical, finance, and operations teams
