Description
Experience & Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in hospitality or corporate sales
- Experience in hotel and MICE sales is an added advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent customer relationship management abilities Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
- Ability to work independently and under pressure

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Promote hotel accommodation, conference facilities, and events spaces
- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings to generate business opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain proper documentation of contracts, correspondence, and client communications.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Represent the brand professionally during events and networking activities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and forecasts.
