Qualifications & Experience
Applicants must possess:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Public Relations,
- Media Studies, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in digital marketing preferably in a hospital set up
- Demonstrated proficiency in digital advertising, SEO, social media management, and content creation
- Experience using digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Graphic design and basic video editing skills will be an added advantage
- Experience in healthcare marketing is desirable

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across all digital platforms
- Manage and optimize the hospital’s website and social media platforms
- Create engaging digital content including graphics, videos, articles, and promotional campaigns
- Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies
- Monitor digital campaign performance and generate analytical reports
- Manage online advertising campaigns including Google Ads and social media ads
- Develop email marketing campaigns and maintain digital communication databases
- Track trends in healthcare digital marketing and recommend innovative approaches
- Strengthen the hospital’s digital brand presence and online reputation
- Collaborate with internal departments to promote hospital programs, services, and events
- Support digital patient engagement initiatives and service awareness campaigns
