Description
Must possess a valid flight operations licence (either a dispatch or flight crew licence).
Experience in aviation training administration or a related role.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and training management systems.
Good knowledge of aviation regulatory requirements (e.g., ICAO, IATA, KCAA).
Must have a minimum mean grade of C+.
Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate training sessions for pilots, cabin crew, and operational staff.
Maintain training calendars and communicate schedules promptly and effectively.
Coordinate with instructors, trainees, and external training providers.
Track and update training records in with aviation authority compliance requirements.
Ensure all certifications, licences, and recurrent training records are up to date.
Prepare reports for audits and regulatory inspections.
- Manage training-related documentation, including attendance records, assessments, and feedback.
- Handle training logistics, including venue bookings, equipment setup, and training materials.
