Description
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, or M&E.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in M&E, MEAL or Data Analysis roles.
- Prior training and teaching experience is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of: Logframes, Theory of Change, and Data Collection.
- Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis, Reporting, and Visualization.
- Relevant software skills are a plus e.g. SPSS, STATA, or KoboToolbox.
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, supportive and passionate about education and mentorship.
