i. Maintain accurate and updated inventory records across all company warehouses.
ii. Perform routine physical-to-system stock reconciliations and prepare comprehensive inventory reports.
iii. Lead periodic physical stock takes across all warehouse locations in coordination with warehouse and audit teams.
iv. Promptly investigate and resolve stock variances, discrepancies, or unexplained usage trends.
v. Analyze inventory aging to identify and report obsolete, non-moving, or slow-moving stock, proposing action plans and cost-saving measures.
vi. Ensure strict adherence to internal financial controls, audit standards, and inventory monitoring protocols.
vii. Collaborate closely with finance, audit, and warehouse personnel to continuously optimize inventory processes and warehouse personnel to continuously optimize inventory workflows.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
Professional Qualification: CPA (K) or ACCA qualification (fully qualified or final stage).
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in inventory accounting, stock control, or audit.
Manufacturing experience is mandatory
