Job Summary
Position Level: Middle Management Level
Organisational Relationship: Reporting to Program & Project Manager but with 4 -5 direct reports.
Compensation: USD $16 per Hour Monthly hourly based pay inclusive sweat equity contribution + Project Milestone Bonus Approx. $8,400 per annum on delivered KPI’s + Long Term Sweat Equity -$31,500 (36 Month Vesting Period)
Payment Model: Monthly hourly pay estimated work hours 208 hours/month work schedule. Extra hours over 208 Hours billable at an agreed rate per hour.
Special Attributes: Hardened Software developer, Scrum development, Highly disciplined. Project Management skills.
Location: Global Location anywhere (GMT -1 to GMT +5)
Weekly Work Structure: Work can be delivered through a telecommute model with daily online updates and team meetings.

Responsibilities

1. MAIN TASK : DEVOPS
Sub Tasks ( DEVOPS LEAD - Responsible,Accountable,Create/Document, Review )

  • Ensure that projects are aligned with organizational objectives. Create processes and procedures
  • Setup the defined tools for project completion
  • Establish milestones for necessary contributions from the teams (Ponea/ SW Development Team) and develop processes to facilitate their collaboration
  • Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions including servers, tools, materials, manpower and time necessary
  • Maintain hardware and software (tools) needed for projects to be completed efficiently
  • Implement integrations defined in the project scope and those requested by providers
  • Deploy updates and fixes
  • Provide Level 2 technical support and build/maintain tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
  • Perform root cause analysis for production errors, investigate and resolve technical issues, and develop scripts to automate visualisation
  • Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Provide templates and procedures for use by project managers
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in project management
2. MAIN TASK: MASTER DATA
SUB TASK ( DEVOPS LEAD - Responsible,Accountable,Create/Document, Review )
  • Identify Data Sources
  • Collect Data from identified sources
  • Merge the Data Fields from all available sources
  • Cleanup the data collected by removing duplicates as per SW Development Team Master Data Template
  • Master Data Template
  • Review Gaps ( SW Development Team /Ponea)
  • Determine strategies to enrich the Data
  • Review the Data for approval
  • Determine which cleansed data will be used for Ponea DB (Doctors, Nurses, Labs, Diagnostics Centers, Specialists Clinics )
3. MAIN TASK: QUALITY ASSURANCE

  • Q.A. Process creation. Change management and Process Improvement. Traceability matrix
  • Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Tools identification and selection
  • Assessing client usability requirements and ensuring that these are met while setting the service standards
  • Planning and conducting failure/stress testing, investigating & setting design and code applied to achieve the final product
  • Statistical control of objective and subjective data
  • Total quality management dependent on constituents, sustainable and effectively controlled
  • Modelling to ensure quality, standards, privacy and safety features/regulations are applied
  • Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports and making recommendations for improvement
  • Performing routine inspections and quality tests
  • Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues.
  • Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions
  • Inputting management and technical reports and customers’ charters
  • Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
  • Determining training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
  • Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality
  • Directing objectives to maximise profitability
  • Recording, analysing and distributing statistical information & monitoring performance
  • Monitor risk management activities
  • Responsible for document management and document management systems
  • Ensuring ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
4. MAIN TASK: TRAINING
SUB TASK ( DEVOPS LEAD Collaborate, Create/Document, Review )
  • Create training categories, and agree on methodology
  • Identifying training needs by evaluating the teams, clients and provider needs
  • Development of guides, reference source, and user training manuals for the various support, technical, sales teams, etc
  • Develop a Training Schedule for each functional and technical area and setting up a test environment
  • Training Delivery: in addition to documentation, demos, etc
  • Evaluate the structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results. Training results methodology
  • Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions
  • Planning and organizing for refresher training, and agile product evolution
5. MAIN TASK: DOCUMENTATION
SUB TASK ( DEVOPS LEAD is Responsible,Accountable,Create/Document, Review )
  • Review and update technical documents i.e. manuals and workflows
  • Development of the Scope of Work
  • Designing the System Architecture
  • Project Plan
  • SRS (Software Requirement specification)
  • SDD (Software Design Document)
  • DFD (data Flow Diagram)
  • PMP (Project Management Planning)
  • RTM (Requirement Traceability Matrix)
  • AI codebase documentation
  • Unit testing documentation
  • Test Cases documentation
  • Governance and Approval Matrix
  • Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
  • Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of the agreement
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as requested
6. MAIN TASK: CLINICAL WORKFLOWS
SUB TASK (DEVOPS LEAD - Review, Verify )
  • Documentation of all clinical Workflows to be delivered by the Ponea Platform
7. MAIN TASK: DATA WORKFLOWS
SUB TASK ( DEVOPS LEAD - Review, Verify, Facilitate )
  • Identify data sets for collection
  • Determine data sources where the various datasets can be collected from
  • Collection of raw data (master data) from the defined data sources
  • Transformation of data, merging them from the various sources into a grouped document
  • Validation of the transformed data
  • Cleanup the data validated, removing duplicates, and present it in a format required by the developer ( SW Development Team Master Data Template)
  • Reviewing all the presented data to identify gaps that would require enrichment
  • Define a strategy for data enrichment
  • Review of Master Data for sign off and approval for usage

Job Requirements

Required education: Bachelor's degree
Required relevant work experience: 7 years
Required languages: English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
