🚀 Bilingual Healthcare Scheduler

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Healthcare Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our clients and caregivers, ensuring seamless coordination and high-quality service delivery. This is a fast-paced role that requires exceptional communication and the ability to handle real-time logistical challenges.

✅ Skills & Qualifications

  • Advanced English level. Exceptional verbal and written communication is a must.

  • Strong scheduling ability with a high level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Empathy, patience, and a high degree of professionalism when dealing with sensitive healthcare situations.

  • Proven ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure and adapt to frequent schedule changes.

🕒 Shift Details

  • Monday to Friday.

  • On site.

  • 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST (Please note this follows US Eastern Time).


Responsibilities

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage complex caregiver schedules, ensuring optimal matching between caregivers’ skills and clients’ specific needs.

  • Act as the first point of contact for schedule changes, cancellations, or emergencies, providing quick and effective solutions.

  • Maintain constant, professional communication with field staff and clients to ensure satisfaction and service continuity.

  • Handle administrative tasks, ensuring all schedules and records meet industry compliance and internal efficiency standards.
