Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma in Hospitality management or Front office operations.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
  • Basic computer skills MS Office, POS systems. (OPERA & MICROS)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Foreign language speaking will be an added advantage.
  • Good numerical and cash-handling skills.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Front Desk / Reception Duties:
  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Manage appointments, bookings, or reservations. (if applicable)
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and calls.
  • Cashier Duties:
  • Process customer transactions (cash, card, mobile payments, etc.) accurately.
  • Issue receipts and change where necessary.
  • Balance cash register at the beginning and end of shifts.
  • Maintain proper records of transactions.
  • Handle billing queries and resolve payment issues.
