Job Description

Source and secure quality, sustainable business for the company by identifying and engaging clients.
Prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, cold calling, and other lead-generation strategies.
Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance covers.

Key Requirements

Previous experience in marketing, insurance, or sales is an advantage.
A degree or diploma in insurance, business, or marketing is also an advantage but not a necessity.

Compensation

The role is strictly commission-based at 10% of the value of the cover sold.

Successful salespeople are usually onboarded to higher roles within the company.
