Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience & Education

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships within fintech, credit, or financial services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.


Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Drive lead generation, partner acquisition, and onboarding across target markets.
  • Execute quarterly commercial strategies and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Own the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, onboarding, integration, and post-launch tracking.
  • Build and manage a strong, data-driven sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Partner & Account Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., Risk Officers, Product Heads).
  • Drive retention and revenue growth within existing accounts through upselling and optimization.
  • Ensure high partner satisfaction, product adoption, and long-term engagement.

Product Knowledge & Market Engagement

  • Build deep expertise across all Patascore products to support effective positioning and cross-selling.
  • Lead and support product demos, client presentations, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Represent Patascore at industry events, forums, and networking opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy, pricing, and product development.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Data Science, Operations, and Marketing teams to deliver tailored partner solutions.
  • Provide structured feedback from clients to inform product roadmap and enhancements.
