About us:

We are part of Boosta - an international tech company building and scaling digital

businesses for global markets.

Our linkbuilding and outreach department already has established processes, workflows,

and teams across multiple projects.

Now, we are expanding and looking to build new teams to scale our operations further.


In this role, you will:

  • Leverage existing practices and frameworks

  • Build and manage a new team

  • Take full ownership of team performance

  • You won’t be starting from scratch - but you will have full ownership over how your team is built and scaled.

  • You will work alongside experienced teamleads with access to existing processes and support.

About the role:

  • We are looking for a Linkbuilding Team Lead who will take ownership of building and managing a remote outreach/linkbuilding team from scratch.

  • This is not a hands-on role. You will not be responsible for doing outreach yourself.

  • Your main goal is to: understand our processes → structure them → hire a team → ensure consistent performance and quality


Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand our existing outreach/linkbuilding processes

  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities

  • Build a hiring pipeline (sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates)

  • Hire and onboard a team (2–5 people initially, with potential to scale)

  • Create clear SOPs, workflows, and performance guidelines

  • Set up quality control and performance tracking systems

  • Manage and support the team on a daily basis

  • Ensure targets are met (volume, quality, timelines)

  • Continuously optimize processes and team performance


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in: - Operations / Team Management / Outsourcing OR leading remote teams in digital spheres (lead gen, outreach, support, etc.)

  • Proven experience: - hiring people - onboarding and training - managing performance and quality

  • Strong process thinking: - you can take chaos and turn it into structured workflows

  • High level of ownership: - you don’t wait for instructions you proactively identify and solve problems

  • Strong communication skills (English B2+)

    Nice to have

  • Experience in SEO / Linkbuilding / Outreach

  • Experience working with international clients

  • Experience building teams from scratch


This role is NOT for you if:

  • You prefer executing tasks yourself rather than managing others

  • You need detailed instructions to get started

  • You don’t have experience hiring or managing people

  • You haven’t been responsible for team performance before

  • We are not looking for a task executor.

  • We are looking for someone who can build and run a system through people.

Necessary Skills:

  • Strong process thinking (ability to structure and optimize workflows)

  • Team building & hiring (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding)

  • Performance management (setting KPIs, tracking, improving results)

  • Problem-solving (identifying bottlenecks and fixing them)

  • Strong communication skills (clear, structured English B2+)

  • Ability to work independently and make decisions

Work experience:

  • 3+ years in operations / team management / outsourcing

  • Experience managing remote teams

Related experience:

  1. Background in outreach / linkbuilding / lead generation

  2. Experience in SEO or digital marketing

  3. Experience scaling teams (2 → 5 → 10 people)

  4. Experience working with international clients or companies
