Responsibilities
  • Provide professional food and beverage service within the office environment.
  • Ensure timely and courteous service to management and all VIP guests visiting the office.
  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, meals, and refreshments during meetings.
  • Set up meeting rooms with the necessary refreshments and ensure proper table presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards in pantry and service areas.
  • Coordinate with kitchen or catering teams to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals.
  • Ensure that VIP service is handled with discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Supervise and guide other wait staff when necessary to maintain high service standards.
  • Monitor pantry supplies and ensure adequate stock of beverages, snacks, and serving materials.
  • Ensure proper handling and maintenance of service equipment and utensils.
  • Assist with hospitality arrangements during corporate functions and special events.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when serving senior management and VIP guests.
