Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical/Plumbing Technician for the restaurant. The Electrical/Plumber will be responsible for maintaining the restaurant's electrical and plumbing systems, ensuring their functionality, safety, and compliance with regulations.
Qualification & Experience
Education
Relevant certifications or training in electrical/plumbing disciplines (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience
Proven experience in electrical and plumbing maintenance, ideally within a hospitality or commercial environment.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical and plumbing issues, including wiring, fixtures, and drainage systems.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities
Knowledge of garden care, plant species, irrigation systems, and pest control.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams.
Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute routine maintenance tasks to prevent disruptions.
Plumbing Maintenance:
Conduct thorough assessments of the restaurant's plumbing systems to detect and address leaks, blockages, and malfunctions.
Repair and replace plumbing fixtures, pipes, drains, and valves as needed.
Ensure compliance with sanitation and health standards to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
Troubleshooting and Repairs:
Diagnose electrical and plumbing problems using appropriate tools and techniques.
