Description

This will be an entry level and training grade for this cadre. An officer at this level will work under supervision of a senior officer.


Responsibilities

(a) Job Specifications

Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail assisting in;

i. Implementing strategies for the effective portfolio management;

ii. Undertaking collections of outstanding accounts receivable from historical non-performing loans;

iii. Monitor, and evaluate performance of mature investments;

iv. implementation of repayment proposals and loan rescheduling;

Person Specification

1. Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following fields, Business, Commerce, Economics, Engineering or any other relevant field from a recognized institution Kenya;

2. Knowledge and experience in data collection, analysis and presentation

3. Excellent financial modeling skills;

4. Good interpersonal, and communication skills;

5. Team Player

6. Proficiency in Computer Applications

7. Show Merit and ability as reflected in work performance

8. Meets the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya.

Skills/attributes

1. Good research and analytical skills

2. Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluent both in writing and in speech
