Scheduler:

We are seeking an experienced Scheduler / Staffing Coordinator to join our fast‑paced home health care office. This role is central to delivering an exceptional in‑home care experience by ensuring the right caregiver is matched with each client, while maintaining strong communication with both caregivers and clients.

Schedule availability:
  • Sun/Mon/Tue or Sun/Mon/Fri ,9 am - 5:30 pm/ 10 am - 6:30 pm MST.
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience using WellSky / ClearCare
  • 1 year of experience in home health care, preferably with Right at Home or a similar provider (e.g., Home Instead).
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Teams, office email platforms, and related tools.
  • English C1+


Responsibilities

Responsabilities:

  • Coordinate and manage daily caregiver schedules to ensure full client coverage.
  • Match caregivers with clients based on skills, availability, and care needs.
  • Handle high‑volume inbound and outbound calls while providing excellent customer service.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between caregivers, clients, and office management.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and caregivers to monitor service quality and resolve issues.
  • Verify timesheets and support payroll and documentation processes using WellSky / ClearCare.
  • Make real‑time decisions and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
