Description

Human Resources Officer is responsible for supporting the Human Resources function with all administrative related matters in the department. The role holder is also responsible for participating in employee relations, training and recruitment when required by the function.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management
  • 2+ years' experience with Human Resources in Retail or Hospitality
  • Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing
  • The ability to operate under pressure
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail


Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support including preparation of correspondence, reports, and HR documentation.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR matters such as medicals, insurance, visas, company assets, and transfers.
  • Support employee relations activities and assist in resolving basic HR-related issues.
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of training and development initiatives.
  • Support the performance management process, including appraisal coordination and documentation.
  • Assist with recruitment activities when required.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes when required.
  • Report any incidents that might interfere with the operations of the company
