We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team on-site in Kenya. This position supports end-to-end recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across multiple departments.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong recruitment background who wants to grow in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
✅ What We’re Looking For🔹 Must-Have Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience using recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment
- Strong written and spoken English with clear, neutral accent (client-facing exposure)
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- Stable work history and long-term mindset
🔹 Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading or mentoring teams
- Background in Talent Acquisition or HR
- Familiarity with ATS systems
- Exposure to international recruitment environments

- A solid recruitment background is required

Responsibilities
🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events
- Assist with administrative recruitment tasks (interview coordination, communications, documentation)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth hiring proce
